Have a friend who was a writer/actor in a couple of short films here in Little Rock for our local short film festival. He had the films posted on UTube for about 6 months, and got a notice last week that UTube removed the films due to a notice from Zomba that it was their copyrighted material.
Zomba had nothing to do with the films, either with intellectual or monetary assistance…these were indie films, NO BUDGET, and no money made. I can’t imagine why Zomba thinks they own the films…?
Is there anything he can do to get his films back up on his page?
