Standard & Poor’s v. Standard & Pours Coffee & Stocks

Standard & Poor’s, financial information publisher and McGraw-Hill subsidiary, filed a federal suite for trademark infringement against Standard & Pours Coffee & Stocks, a South Dallas coffee shop. They are asking for three times the revenue it lost due to name confustion and lost profits. Standard trademark protection stuff.
